U.S. Citizen Services – Appointment & Passport Delivery Guide (Israel)
PART 1 – How to Schedule Your Appointment
For U.S. Passport Renewals, Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA), and other U.S. Citizen Services.
Step 1: Go to🔗 https://acs.usvisascheduling.com/
Step 2: Click “Family Details”
Step 3: Click “Add Appointment”
Step 4: Select “Yes” when prompted
Step 5: In the “Mobile Phone” field, type:00000000000
Step 6: Continue to the next screen and click the selection button
Step 7: Under Service Type, choose:“DS-11 Passport – Interview Required”(Or the relevant service for your case — e.g., CRBA, DS-82, etc.)
Step 8: For Document Delivery Option, you must choose between:
Pick Up (Free)
ACS – Ramallah: VFS/Aramex – 2nd Floor, Wall Street Building, Al Maahed Street, Al Masyoun
ACS – Jerusalem: VFS/Aramex – Ground Floor, Al Emam Muslim Street, Beit Hanina
ACS – Tel Aviv/Bnei Brak: VFS Visa Facilities Center – BSR 4, 9th Metsada Street, 7th Floor
Premium Courier (NIS 120) – Delivery to your home or office anywhere in Israel.(In West Bank & Gaza – payment is in cash.)
Step 9: Select your Date
Step 10: Select your Time (example: 08:45)
Step 11: Click “Submit”
Step 12: Click “Print” to save or print your appointment confirmation
PART 2 – How to Arrange Premium Courier Delivery
If you choose Premium Delivery (NIS 120):
Step 1: Have your UID Number ready
Found on the top right of your profile page and your appointment confirmation page.
Step 2: Go to the VFS Premium Service site:🔗 https://vfs.gtspremium.com/#/?refid=
Step 3: Register and enter your UID Number
Step 4: Enter your complete delivery address (home/office)
Step 5: Make payment online (or prepare cash if in West Bank/Gaza)
Step 6: Your passport will be delivered once received from the Consular Post
