📢 Important Update for U.S. Passport & CRBA Applicants!

If you recently applied for a U.S. passport or Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) — please check your email!Some passports and CRBAs were returned to the U.S. Embassy Branch Office in Tel Aviv due to a technical issue.

To prevent additional delays, applicants now have two options:

1️⃣ Pick-Up:📍 U.S. Embassy Branch Office, Tel Aviv🗓️ Friday, October 24⏰ 08:00–12:00

2️⃣ Delivery by Courier:✉️ Email TelAvivACS@state.govInclude your name in the subject line and attach your 60 NIS courier slip.

💡 Additional Update from Israel Post:🚚 Israel Post will resume deliveries as of October 1.Applicants will need to complete an Israel Post packing slip, available here:🔗 https://israelpost.co.il/שירותים/שגרירויות/?token=d53ceab7-f050-445e-89f4-a77ec4ea3625

⚠️ Under the new system, there will no longer be pick-up locations.✅ The new delivery price is a flat 60 NIS, regardless of how many passports are in the delivery.
