Then, the calendar page will automatically open to the next available appointment. 

 

If the system says “No appointments were found within the next 360 days.” , it means that the slots are gone.

What are these alerts groups?

The appointment alert system operates in tiers, with the supreme tier receiving priority access to appointments and VIP support. Following that, the first class group is granted appointments and also receives alerts and VIP support. Finally, the standard group is notified of available appointments after the first class group.

Tips:

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Access the new link to the embassy's site: https://cacms.state.gov/s/new-appointment. Open it and save it as a bookmark in Chrome for easy access.

  2. Configure your Chrome autofill settings by adding the applicant's name, date of birth, email, and phone number. This way, when appointment slots are released, Chrome will automatically fill in the details, allowing you to book quickly.

  3. Speed is key! Remember to type swiftly and accurately. Once you've successfully booked an appointment, save the confirmation page.

  4. Immediately check your email inbox. Search for the keyword 'embassy' and open the confirmation email from the embassy. Follow the instructions to confirm your appointment promptly. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your slot the following day.

Now you're all set to receive alerts and book your appointment. Make sure to keep our group pinned 📌 to the top of your WhatsApp chats, as that's where we'll send the alerts. Each alert will include the type of appointment, the date, and a link to the embassy.
